To Return a Product

1. Call (800)432-5599 or send email to cs@qginc.com for a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA)

2. Carefully pack the product for return to Quantum.

3. Include a written description of the problem along with your return address, email address or telephone number.

4. Mark the outside of the package with the RGA number.

5. Return the product, prepaid, to the following address:

San Diego, California 92121

6. Upon receipt of your return Quantum will inspect the product and determine if there is a problem.
